How to choose a configuration
CardScan for SalesLogix can be purchased in almost any configuration. To help you decide what’s best for your business, think about these things:
- Anyone that needs access to contact information needs a CardScan for SalesLogix software license. Licenses are per computer, not per individual, as each installation reduces your number of available seats.
- Scanners can be shared so it's not necessary to buy a scanner for each person (though it may be more convenient).
- Buy scanners for those that you think will do the most scanning. You may just want one for an administrator or you may want one for each person in the office if everyone’s going to be collecting cards.
- You can always purchase additional software licenses and scanners from us so don’t worry too much about buying the perfect configuration. Just choose what you think is best.
